Registered HHACompliance.com users enter their patient care, human resources, and administrative data into the site daily. At the end of each calendar month, HHACompliance.com's System Administrator performs calculations on the data entered to generate benchmarking data for patient surveys, complaints, incidences, infection control, and utilization. The results are posted according to the number of visits Agencies perform monthly.
